The location of the hotel is super, right on the Main Street and close to local bars and restaurants. The rooms are big and very good value for money. The staff are all amazing and always happy to help! We loved staying here!
Our stay here was great from start to finish! Zali was an amazing host and couldn’t have been more helpful. The room itself is fab with plenty of room and the location is perfect, right in Tulum Centro. There’s nothing I could fault about our stay here. Would highly recommend!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hidden gem hotel. Firstly, it’s at the heart of the town, so places are easily accessible. I loved my room. The aesthetic was a vibe. Front desk was so accommodating. I love her. She made us feel welcomed and relaxed.
Smack in the middle of Tulum. With super friendly staff! We had room Nr7 facing Mail street with a nice patio where we could have a drink, do work out and yoga etc. absolutely brilliant! No fridge, but you may use the one in the reception. Quite noisy traffic and street artists even if we traveled during night curfew.
Great value for money! Great place to stay in the center of Tulum! They clean your room on request and you can get towels any time. They offer free water and coffee. The tv in the rooms was just reinstalled and the personnel is very helpful!
My girlfriend and I stayed in HipHip for a couple nights and couldn’t have been happier. Our Host Zali we so lovely, not only was she attentive, but she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Pros - The room (brand new with a stylish finish), a/c, fan, en-suite to boot. - Fiber optic internet, (fastest yet in Mexico) - King Bed (HUGE!) - Zali, -Location, as central as you can get - Kitchen, Cons - None, we loved our stay!
The staff is nice and the rooms are clean and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and pillows too. The chemicals smell mentioned in some ratings can be felt for the first minutes but then is gone. Only problem was the loud music from the club across the street.
Last minute stay and we loved it!! Friendly staff, clean minimalistic rooms. Unbelievable price. This place is a must for travelers on a budget.
